Meet Our Team
William founded the company in 2006 in order to meet the needs of a growing community. Initially, specializing in bookkeeping for companies in the real estate industry, William has continually grown the company to what it is today. He brings his nearly 20+ years of bookkeeping experience and knowledge and over 6 years of individual and business tax preparation to help you achieve your goals.
While majoring in accounting in college, he became passionate about preparing taxes, especially taxes for all types of businesses.
He achieved the title of Enrolled Agent in 2016 after passing a rigorous, three-part exam.
William is also an honorably- discharged, US Army veteran, who served our country both overseas and stateside. He continually displayed integrity and brought excellence and honor to those he served with. While serving, he was awarded the Army Achievement Medal in 1987 and the Good Conduct Medal in 1988.
He is a National Association of Enrolled Agents member and a TN Society of Enrolled Agents member.
William is married to his wife of 27 years, has 3 children, and 2 grandchildren.
Hannah joined the company in 2019 on a part-time basis because she wanted to find a way to help people. Starting with bookkeeping and individual taxes, has helped the company continue to grow.
Now she is a full time employee that helps in many areas of the company. With a joyful voice she is answering phones and meeting with clients; helping people with something she loves doing.
She is currently going to school for Accounting at Volunteer State Community College located in Gallatin, TN where she is getting her associate degree. Once she is done with that, she is going to follow in William’s footsteps and work toward becoming an Enrolled Agent.
